Coplan, the home of KIT Intelligent Tool Inventory Software, has confirmed it will be exhibiting at Instrumentation Live 2026, the UK’s premier free-to-attend event for test, measurement and control technologies. The one-day exhibition takes place on 18 March 2026 at the National Conference Centre (NCC) in Birmingham, bringing together engineers, technical specialists and industry suppliers from across sectors.
Coplan offers protective and tool control solutions to some of the world’s largest engineering and manufacturing organisations for tool and equipment storage and control. The company is the home of KIT, an intelligent tool and equipment inventory. KIT allows customers to ‘supercharge’ their processes around tools and equipment with features which allow super efficient audits, damage reporting, calibration management and document storage.
One customer saved over 12 hours per month using the KIT calibration summary report to find and collect calibrated items from across their UK based factory. Another was able to use KIT data to ensure that they only re-ordered the tools that were actually required, rather than a full set, saving thousands. KIT also has health and safety based applications as QR codes, placed on COSHH cupboards, can be used to store and access documents such as risk assessments, standard operating procedures or even product data-sheets and imagery.
Instrumentation Live 2026 offers engineering professionals a focused environment to network, learn about new technologies and compare solutions from leading suppliers. For more information on attending or exhibiting, visit the official event website.
