What this means for customers:

  • Expanded Calibration Services: The integration will give customers access to a broader range of UKAS accredited calibration services, covering force, pressure, mass, electrical, and temperature.
  • Increased Technical Depth: By combining the knowledge and experience of both teams, Chamois is better equipped to support complex calibration needs and provide reliable technical guidance.
  • Operational Continuity: CCS brings well-established processes and a customer-first approach, which will complement Chamois Metrology’s existing operations. This will help ensure reliable service delivery throughout the transition.

For Central Calibration Services Customers:

  • Your existing team and services remain fully operational.
  • All future calibrations, collections, and deliveries will transition to Chamois Metrology’s Southam site:
    Unit 8, The Centre
    Holywell Business Park
    Northfield Road
    Southam, Warwickshire, CV47 0FP
  • You can expect continued support, with improved turnaround times and access to a wider range of services

For Chamois Metrology Customers:

  • The integration brings access to additional capabilities that were previously unique to CCS
  • You will benefit from expanded technical coverage and a broader portfolio of UKAS-accredited calibration services

Why it matters:

As part of the NMi Group, both Chamois Metrology and CCS share the same focus on precision, compliance, and service quality. This integration strengthens support to customers across a wider range of calibration requirements while maintaining the trusted service you rely on.
